Come gather and return to the old ways of tending to yourself with old Earth medicines. Imagine a day of foraging, making, soaking, scrubbing, cleansing, eating, sipping and laughing as we learn together how to make traditional remedies like poultices, herbal mud packs, body oils, body scrubs, herbal baths and a few surprises, too!

This day will be a chance to treat yourself to a bespoke Earth spa day and take home the knowledge and skills to recreate these beautiful rituals in your everyday life.

Our first herbal immersion day will be focused on the element of Earth. The experience will support you to ground and sink into your body, leaving you feeling relaxed, centred, held and connected, ready to take the wisdom of the plants back into your home.
