10mls as a shot at night before bed.
Homemade Saurkraut Beetroot Juice (beware it smells like Sauerkraut when opened!) This is a natural probiotic that is alive and 10x stronger than capsules but if this is distasteful or not to your liking, you may also substitute this with SB Probiotic 1 x capsule before bed at night on an empty stomach. It is encouraged to have probiotics at night before bed to support the good bacteria settling into all the crevasses in the epithelial cells in the lining of your intestines. Promoting good bacteria is key!
