Sphagni Eucalyptus

Eucalyptus has a natural affinity for the Rhythmic System, mirroring its balancing and mediating qualities.

It supports the chest and breathing processes, making it especially useful in winter when colds are more likely to take hold. It also works with the sense of smell to help decongest when nasal or sinus passages feel blocked.

As an oil, Eucalyptus holds both warming and cooling properties. It first engages the expansive, stimulating effect of the warmth process, before that warmth withdraws and a cooling, contracting action takes over — allowing a harmonising rhythm to settle in.
