We’ve been dreaming up a day like this for a while….

A day to step away from the busy city world and spend time with plants….. making, bathing, smelling, feeling, swimming, eating and learning together.

Our first Herbal Immersion Day will be held at a beautiful little riverfront sanctuary at Bilpin Springs farm, surrounded by bush and water.

We’ll spend the day exploring some of the old ways of working with medicine plants.

Making folk medicines.
Herbal mud and plant bathing.
Making poultices.
Drinking herbal teas.
Swimming in the river.
Sharing a long lunch

There’ll be time to learn the practical techniques, but also time to simply be with the plants.

To feel them in your hands.
On your skin.
In your cup.
In the water.

This will be a small gathering with only 15 spaces available 

Come spend a day with us, by the river, with the plants.

*There will be a second part to this first retreat. A very different kind of day centred around fire, smoke, fragrance, making and transformation. Foraging, herbal crafts, fire, distillation, botanical dyeing and other old ways of working with plants. The details will unfold, but the feeling will be very different from our day at the river.
